We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was perfect. The catering & service were top-notch. 
We tried to eat outside but darn bugs wouldn't stop biting so the waitress helped us move inside our food was very yummy I will come back when in Charleston area for sure. 
Affordable sushi with lots of tvs for football watching ! Always come with friends and truly enjoy the atmosphere. Especially on half price nights. The drinks are always delicious and have never experienced bad service.

Another great Wednesday at Locals! Have price specialty sushi rolls, half off select apps and drink specials. Couldn't ask for a better deal, meal or service in a terrible economy. I wish other restaurants would follow suit. A great way to keep your restaurant packed and jamming! 
Just visited locals after a day st James Island County Park with family what a spacious Sports Bar. All the college games were showing. Had a hard cider and the Boom Pow shrimp tacos. The service was friendly and fast. The food was amazing!!! What a nice menu. Will be back. Give The Gift Of Locals
